HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT ?
To schedule your first appointment, you have two options :
- 1. Fill out the questionnaire below
We’ll receive your form via email. We’ll contact you by phone within 15 days, at a time that’s convenient for you, to set up your file. We’ll then contact you again by email when we’re able to offer you an appointment.

We’ll set up your file, and you’ll be contacted by email once we’re able to offer you an appointment.
For initial appointments, we’ll generally offer a Saturday time slot to ensure your child doesn’t miss school.
Please note that consultations with an orthodontist do not require a referral letter from your dentist, as is the case for most other medical specialties; you can therefore schedule an appointment on your own. However, if your child is under 8 years old, a referral letter from your dentist will be helpful for us to schedule an initial consultation.
